Cancellation Policy

Epic Boat Rentals has a 15 days cancellation policy.
If you cancel your rental booking 15 days or more prior to the booked day, a full refund will be issued.
If the booking is canceled less than 15 days prior to the appointment date, no refunds will be issued.
A no-call and/or no-show on the day of the appointment will result in no refunds.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as severe storms or high winds, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cloudy days or light rain typically do not warrant cancellation, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
Rescheduling Policy
Any reschedule 15 days or more from the original rental date will be free of charge.
A reschedule within less than 15 days of the original rental date will be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.
